We Work With Insurance Agencies

AI, sales and software for Insurance Agencies

Quotes followed up the same day, renewals reviewed before the X-date, and cross-sell reviews that happen on schedule instead of when someone remembers.

Allied ROI builds quote follow-up, renewal reminder and cross-sell review systems for Insurance Agencies in the US. The AI drafts messages and books reviews from your agency management system, a person approves every message, and a licensed agent handles all coverage advice. The work starts with a free 30-minute clarity call with founder Chris Mayrs.

The bottlenecks

Where the work falls through.

An independent agency runs on producers, CSRs and the agency management system. Producers chase new business, CSRs handle endorsements, certificates and service calls, and everyone is rating in carrier portals in between. Quotes go out and wait. Renewals come up in batches, and the account review that should happen 60 days before the X-date gets skipped when the service desk is busy. Cross-sell opportunities sit in the AMS, visible to anyone who looks, but nobody has time to look.

  • Bottleneck 01

    Quotes go cold

A producer sends a quote and moves on to the next prospect. The shopper got three other quotes that week. Without a same-day follow-up and a second touch a few days later, the agency rarely hears back, and nobody knows whether the prospect bought elsewhere or just never opened the email.

  • Bottleneck 02

    Renewals arrive in a rush

Renewal lists come out of the AMS, but the outreach depends on a CSR working through them by hand. Rate increases land on clients with no warning or review. The client calls in upset, or quietly shops the policy, and the agency learns about it when the carrier sends the cancellation.

  • Bottleneck 03

    Cross-sell reviews never happen

The auto client has no umbrella. The homeowner has no life policy. The small business has general liability but no workers' comp or cyber. The data is in the AMS, but the annual account review is a good intention that rarely makes it onto a calendar for most of the book.

  • Bottleneck 04

    Service work buries producers

Certificate requests, ID cards, payment questions and simple endorsements fill the inbox and the phone lines. Producers and senior CSRs answer them because they are there, which pulls them away from quoting and renewals. The routine requests and the advice questions arrive in the same queue with no sorting.

What we build

What we build for Insurance Agencies.

Each piece connects to the tools you already use. A person approves anything a client sees.

  • 01

    Same-day quote follow-up

When a quote is logged, the system drafts a follow-up for the producer to approve that day, then a second and third touch over the next week. Replies come back to the producer with the quote attached. Prospects who want to talk get a booking link to a licensed agent.

    Renewal outreach from your AMS

We pull upcoming renewals from your agency management system, such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx, and queue review invitations ahead of each X-date. Clients with a rate change get a personal note drafted for the account manager to approve, with a time to talk it through.

  • 03

    Cross-sell review scheduling

The system reads the book for coverage gaps the agency defines, such as no umbrella or no life policy, and drafts an account-review invitation. A person approves it and the client books a time. The agent leads the review and gives any coverage recommendation; the AI only sets it up.

    AI Implementation
  • 04

    Service request triage

Incoming emails and messages are sorted by type. Certificate requests, ID cards and billing questions are routed to the right CSR with the client record attached. Anything that asks about coverage goes straight to a licensed agent. Staff see one clean queue instead of a mixed inbox.

How it works

The flow, once it is built.

The same steps every time, whether it is a Tuesday morning or the busiest week of the year.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A good fit

  • Independent P&C and life agencies with a team of producers and CSRs.
  • Agencies whose book lives in an AMS and whose renewals arrive every month.
  • Owners who want every client message approved by a person before it goes out.

Not a fit

  • Agencies that want AI to recommend coverage or answer policy questions on its own.
  • Captive agents who cannot connect outside tools to their carrier systems.

Questions

Plain answers.

Can AI follow up on insurance quotes automatically?

It can draft them. Allied ROI builds quote follow-up that prepares a message the same day a quote is logged, then a second and third touch over the following week. A producer approves each message before it is sent. When a prospect replies with a question about coverage, it goes to a licensed agent, not the AI.

Does this work with Applied Epic, AMS360 or HawkSoft?

Allied ROI connects to the agency management system you already use where it offers an integration or export, including Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft and EZLynx. Renewals, policy lines and contact details are read from the AMS so nobody keeps a second list. Where a direct connection is limited, we set up a scheduled export the system can work from.

Can AI give insurance advice to clients?

No. In the systems Allied ROI builds, the AI handles follow-up, scheduling, drafting and routing. Coverage questions, recommendations and anything that needs a license go to a licensed agent at your agency. The AI can say that an agent will call, book the time and pass along the context, but it does not advise.

How do I get more cross-sells from my existing book of business?

Most agencies already have the data; the gap is time to review each account. Allied ROI builds a system that reads the book for gaps you define, such as auto clients with no umbrella, and drafts a review invitation for a person to approve. The client books a review, and your agent leads the conversation.

What does an AI system for an insurance agency cost?

It depends on the AMS you use, how many producers and CSRs are involved and which workflows come first, such as quotes, renewals or service triage. The exact scope and price come in writing after the free clarity call. On that call, Chris Mayrs looks at where quotes and renewals stall today.

Will automated renewal reminders annoy my clients?

They should not, if they are timed and written well. Allied ROI sets renewal outreach to go out ahead of the X-date with a clear reason to talk, such as a rate change or a coverage review. Messages are written in your agency's voice, approved by a person, and clients can opt out or ask for a call.
